There is a Jewish cemetary by my house. The gates are always locked, and the walls are quite high, topped with barbed wire. It's never open. From the cracks in the door, and through the gates, the stones are set up weirdly, and you can tell at the top are really, really, old graves. I wish it was open sometime. I don't get why most cemetaries in Toronto are closed 24/7.
